1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Leo the Baker mobile application and services (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to place orders
- You must provide accurate account information
We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading details.
3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Keep your login details secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Orders & Collection
- All products are collection only
- You must collect your order at the selected time and location
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time
Missed Collections
If you fail to collect your order within the allocated time:
- Your order may be forfeited
- No refund will be issued
5. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and modify or discontinue products at any time
6. Food Safety & Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with:
- Gluten
- Nuts
- Dairy
- Other allergens
It is your responsibility to check ingredients before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients have been disclosed.
7. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in GBP (£)
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Payment must be made in full at checkout
We do not store full payment details.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:
No Refund Policy applies except in the case of:
- Incorrect order
- Faulty or damaged product
You must report issues within 24 hours of collection.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App
- Attempt fraud or chargeback abuse
- Interfere with the system
We reserve the right to suspend accounts if necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
All content within the App (including branding, recipes, videos, and materials) belongs to Leo the Baker. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.
11. Future Digital Products
The App may include:
- Courses
- Digital content
- Subscriptions
Additional terms may apply to those services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for missed collections
- Our liability is limited to the value of your order
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
